01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 33bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all use of the 33bdt website located at 33bdt.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any future versions of the platform.

By completing registration, logging in, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any other service offered by 33bdt, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any amendments posted on the platform;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2 below;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party unless expressly authorised in writing by 33bdt.

If you access 33bdt on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" include that entity.

02 Eligibility

Use of 33bdt is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 33bdt operates a strict 21+ policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal or at any point where 33bdt has reasonable grounds to suspect a player may be under 21.
2. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 33bdt is lawful in your jurisdiction. 33bdt makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all locations. If online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not access 33bdt.
3. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

5. Not a 33bdt employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of 33bdt, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any betting or casino activity on the platform.

03 Account Registration

To use the betting and casino services offered by 33bdt, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on 33bdt at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 33bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and void any pending bets or casino game results.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account and at all times thereafter. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33bdt login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 33bdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Verification

33bdt may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

33bdt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers to institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Visa and Mastercard may be accepted subject to availability and verification requirements.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 33bdt is ৳500 per transaction. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits. Players are advised to check the limits applicable to their chosen payment method before initiating large deposits.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 33bdt account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are credited within two to four hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within four hours during standard business hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing any withdrawal, 33bdt may require you to complete identity verification and to have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an exception is approved in writing by the 33bdt support team.

4.5 No Platform Fees

33bdt does not charge any platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (including mobile banking operators and commercial banks) may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely outside 33bdt's control and responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

33bdt offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's terms.

• Bonus funds and free bet credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.
• 33bdt reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds credited in error and to reverse any winnings derived from erroneously credited bonuses.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 33bdt, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and all other sports markets offered on the platform:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 33bdt system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed after an event has commenced (other than designated in-play/live betting markets) will be void. 33bdt reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the relevant market interface. These limits may vary by sport, market type, event, and account status. 33bdt reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time.

6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a market is offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, 33bdt reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market and to refund stakes at the original odds. This includes situations where odds are published due to a data feed failure or platform malfunction.

6.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets placed on that event will be void and stakes returned to the player's 33bdt account balance, unless specific rules for the relevant sport or market type state otherwise.

07 Casino Games

All casino games available on 33bdt — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — are operated under the rules published by the respective game providers. 33bdt acts as the platform operator and is not the game developer or publisher.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) software. The RNG systems used by 33bdt's game providers are tested and certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with industry standards.

7.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a casino game session, the round in question may be voided and the stake returned. 33bdt and its game providers reserve the right to void any round where the outcome was materially affected by a technical fault, regardless of the displayed result at the time of the malfunction.

7.3 Return to Player

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 33bdt. Any player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will be subject to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, pending winnings, and bonus credits:

• Opening or operating more than one 33bdt account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software designed to interact with the platform on your behalf;
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino play;

• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sports events offered on 33bdt;

• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the 33bdt platform.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

33bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• A request from a competent legal authority or regulatory body;
• Identification of the account holder as an underage player;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 33bdt reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, void all pending bets, and reclaim any bonus funds or associated winnings. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

10 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to applying any dormancy policy, 33bdt will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder using the registered email address and phone number on file.

Following a period of dormancy and prior notification, 33bdt reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts holding a positive balance. This fee will continue to apply until either the account is reactivated by the account holder or the balance reaches zero. No maintenance fee will reduce a balance below zero, and 33bdt does not hold any claim over funds outside the account balance.

11 Responsible Gaming

33bdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity safely. All 33bdt account holders aged 21 and above have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when set and require a 24-hour cooling-off period to increase;

• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account restrictions lasting between 24 hours and 30 days;

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to 33bdt's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 33bdt's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration under rules mutually agreed upon by both parties.

15 Amendments to These Terms
